“ I had never heard of rolled ice cream. Grandkids wanted ice cream and we tried it. It was pretty good and somewhat light. ”
“ A few chairs outside. But the ice cream is worth the wait. Rolled is where it's at! Good flavor selection too! ”
“ The rolled ice cream was amazing! It was so delicious. The staff was friendly and nice. The design of the overall store was really cute and they had nice decorations. Outdoor seating and indoor seating. I would 100% recommend them if you're in the area looking for a sweet treat. ”
“ What a hidden gem! The rolled ice cream was great and so was the frozen mocha was delicious. He was so friendly and it's located right by the beach!! Thank you!! ”
“ We "rolled" up on Frozen Dune by happenstance. My 13 year saw it as we drive past and we are sure glad we stopped. While the wait was a bit long (I mean it is the Emerald Coast in July...everything is a wait) it was worth it. We love to get Ice Cream every night of our trip...its usually Marble slab, Culver's Custard...or one of the roadside stops... Cut to the chase, I got the Cherry (reminds of old school Cherries Jubilee) my son got Brownie Surprise and a Strawberry Milk Tea (he wanted Tapioca Boba but they were out and picked popping strawberry). We enjoyed it all, it was delicious. We came again before leaving and I had the Red Velvet. I didn't like it as much, the Cake tasted a bit dry and was not my thing. My wife liked it though. Everyone else loved their choice. We will be back again in the future. ”
“ It was an interesting way to make ice cream. The prices look really high, but they give you a lot! You could definitely share an item. The staff wasn't very friendly as they don't interact with the customer. You order at a kiosk and the only time they speak to you is when they call your name. There is not a lot of room to sit. They have three small tables outside, right next to the parking lot, and a bar inside. The ice cream is tasty. I gave four stars for the lack of the experience. ”
“ On vacation and the kids wanted to try this spot. Great ice cream, cool concept, but the customer service could be way better for a fun business like this. Staff was matter of fact and emotionless. There's a QR code posted so you can type in your order instead, but when we opened the QR code, it said this location was closed and not accepting orders. Definitely check this place out, just don't expect friendly, outgoing service. ”
“ Perfect customer service!!! Rolled ice was on point!!!! Boba was delicious and kids loved it!!! ”
